Shipping policy

1. Orders will be packed and shipped 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. 

2. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will be checked and shipped on Monday.

3. Public holidays orders will be checked and shipped on the next earliest weekday.  

4. We use Anteraja, J&T Express, J&T Cargo, Tiki, Pos Indonesia, & SPX to deliver your package with an estimate of 1-5 working days depending on selection of service and shipment location. 

5. Orders received after 15.00 will be processed on the next working day

6. Shipping costs are calculated based on distance, remote areas, and weight/dimensions of your package, shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the system during the check out process. 

7. Tracking code will be provided and shared with you via email after delivery.
